ROSALIA, Wash. — Firefighters are working to mop up a 682-acre wildfire near Rosalia.
The Siegel Fire is 10% contained with minimal fire activity on Friday.
Fire officials say small amounts of fire growth will occur which will result in increased smoke in the area. Steep cliffs and uneven terrain prove challenges for accessibility for the fire.
Crews also worked to connect fire lines around the accessible parts of the fire.
Level 3 (Go Now) evacuations are still in effect for the area.
