The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the reported sighting of Travis Decker in McCall, Idaho was not him.
The Sheriff’s Office said while this sighting was not him, deputies will continue to work with agencies across the nation to follow up on leads that come in.

The man wanted for the murder and kidnapping of his three daughters out of Chelan County may have been spotted in McCall, Idaho.
The McCall Police Department received reports of people possibly seeing 32-year-old Travis Decker in the area.
Decker is currently wanted for the murder and kidnapping of his three daughters, 9-year-old Paityn, 8-year-old Evelyn and 5-year-old Olivia.
The sisters were reported missing after never returning home from a scheduled visitation with Decker on Friday evening.
The girls’ bodies were found near the Rock Island Campground west of Leavenworth on Monday.
Decker is a former military member with extensive training. The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office says Decker is well versed in wilderness survival and capable of spending days in the wilderness on his own with very little equipment.
Police are currently investigating the reports and asks people to only report sightings if you are the one to see him. Do not report rumors, texts or online posts to police dispatch.
McCall is located in Valley County, Idaho, around 7 hours east of Leavenworth, near where the girls’ bodies were discovered.
A reward of up to $20,000 is available for information leading to Decker’s arrest.
Decker is 5 feet 8 inches tall, 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
