SPOKANE, Wash. — A reward is being offered for information on the multiple laser pointing incidents in Spokane and Seattle.
According to the FBI, $10,000 is available for information leading to the arrests and convictions of perpetrators.
The FBI says SeaTac and Spokane International Airport have seen a rise in people pointing lasers at aircraft since March of 2024.
In particular, strikes have been seen in Spokane’s West Plains, Nine Mile Falls, Green Bluff and Hillyard neighborhoods.
Recently, a Post Falls man was sentenced to nearly three years in federal prison for the crime.
