DEER PARK, Wash. — Your Friday commute might be a bit more congested than usual.
Washington Department of Transportation will be doing pavement repair and new paving on Highway 395 north of Deer Park Friday.
The work will be done from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the north and southbound lanes over a 1.5-mile stretch.
During the construction, Highway 395 will be reduced to one lane with crews flagging traffic. Drivers should expect trips to be an additional 15 minutes.
WSDOT says crews will return next week and continue the work Monday, May 5 through Thursday, May 8.
