SPOKANE, Wash– Spokane Police are investigating a fatal shooting that injured multiple people killing at least one.
According to SPD, this happened around 3:30 a.m. at the Maverik at the intersection of Division and Montgomery.
No word on what caused it or if anyone has been taken into custody.
It is still under active investigation. People should avoid the area.
Daily Habit Espresso coffee stand, which is in the Maverik parking lot, says it will be closed until the scene is resolved.
