SPOKANE, Wash. — If you were planning on seeing Sturgill Simpson in concert in Spokane this month, you’ll want to make other plans.
Popular country music artist, Sturgill Simpson, was scheduled to bring his ‘Who the F**k is Johnny Blue Skies’ tour to Spokane Arena on April 19.
On April 3, Sturgill Simpson posted to his official Youtube channel an announcement cancelling both the April 19 Spokane show and his April 8 show in Orange Beach, Alabama.
“Check the email associated with your ticket order for refund information and contact Ticketmaster or the venue with any questions. The club has decided to play smaller club shows in select cities. More information to come soon,” the announcement reads.
The Grammy-award winning artist was expected to play the arena with no opening acts.
