SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash — A semi-truck that crashed eastbound on I-90 near the Broadway exit has been cleared.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash happened just before 3 a.m.

7:43 a.m. — Traffic is still backed up along westbound I-90 in Spokane Valley.
The right lane of I-90, just before the Broadway exit, is closed, but people can still use the off-ramp.
According to the Washington State Patrol, it was determined that drugs and alcohol were not a factor in this crash.
A 26-year-old man from Pennsylvania drove the semi.
There is no word on when the crash will be cleared. Several emergency crews are still on the scene.

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash — A semi-truck is rolled over on the side of westbound I-90, slowing traffic ahead of the Monday morning commute.
It happened just before 3 A.M.
The crash is just before the Broadway exit in Spokane Valley at milepost 286.
No lanes are closed, but emergency crews are on the shoulder.
Washington State Patrol, Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, Spokane Valley Fire and the Department of Ecology are on scene.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the semi is leaking diesel fuel from its fuel tank.
No one is injured, and it is unclear what caused the semi to roll.
It is unknown at this time if drugs or alcohol are involved.
