LATAH COUNTY, Idaho — Police arrested a man wanted in Kentucky for murder charges in Moscow last week, according to Moscow Police Department.
On March 27, Kentucky law enforcement contacted Moscow Police Department and said they believed wanted suspect 43-year-old Aaron S. Hypes was in Latah County.
MPD, Latah County Sheriff’s Office and a SWAT team responded to the call.
Around 6:30 p.m., officers arrested Hypes near Polk Street and Rodeo Drive in Moscow.
Hypes was wanted in Butler County, Kentucky for manslaughter, fentanyl trafficking and being a persistent felony offender.
