OKANOGAN COUNTY — The Okanogan Public Utility District (PUD) will conduct a planned power outage for maintenance work at the Tonasket Substation.
The outage will begin at 11:55 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2025, and end at 4 a.m. Thursday, March 13, 2025, lasting approximately four hours.
According to the Okanogan Public Utility District, the outage will affect residents from Riverside to the Canadian border, including Riverside, Tonasket, Oroville, Loomis, Tunk Valley, Aeneas Valley, and areas east along State Route 20 to Hanging Rock, Chesaw, and Molson.
The Okanogan Public Utility District urges all customers who rely on medical equipment requiring electrical power to make provisions for the scheduled outage.
