POST FALLS, Idaho — Starting next week, traffic along Interstate 90 near Post Falls will look significantly different.
The Idaho Transportation Department says beginning March 3, it will be making changes to traffic near I-90 and the State Highway 41 interchange.
The I-90 westbound off-ramp to get into Highway 41 will be closed from March through the Fall of 2025. Traffic will be detoured to the Seltice Way interchange instead.
Overnight closures for the Highway 41 on ramp getting onto eastbound I-90 will run from March 3 through mid-March.
The part of Highway 41 under I-90 will also be closed from March through mid-April. Traffic will be detoured to Greensferry Road while crews get rid of the temporary bridge and work on utilities.
ITD said the changes are necessary to accommodate construction efforts on the State Highway 41 Interchange Project.
