SPOKANE, Wash. — The third and final suspect in the murder of a man in downtown Spokane has pled guilty and was sentenced.
The Spokane Police Department says 30-year-old Randy Slone pled guilty on January 31 to first-degree murder, unlawful imprisonment and gun charges.
Slone was sentenced to 36 years for his role in the 2022 murder of Andy Hernandez.
Court documents say Slone, Larren Parker, and John Birgen kidnapped Hernandez from downtown Spokane and killed him. Hernandez’s body was found on a trail in Peaceful Valley.

Birgen pled guilty to murder on January 9 and was sentenced to more than 39 years in prison.
Parker pled guilty in May 2024 to murder and kidnapping. She will be sentenced February 14.
