SPOKANE, Wash. — While warmer days may still be a ways off, the Spokane Boat Show is offering a taste of summer adventure this weekend at the Spokane Fair and Expo Center.
The annual event, which begins Thursday, features a wide selection of boats and boating accessories from eight local dealers. Visitors can explore the latest models and connect with industry experts to help navigate their purchasing decisions.
Scott Thompson, who has led the show for 30 years, said the event provides an ideal shopping environment with knowledgeable volunteers ready to assist.
“It’s just a great environment that is warm and inviting, and it’s a pleasure to show people how much new stuff has come out. We’ve got some stuff we haven’t seen for years in this market,” said Thompson.
Multicare will also be in attendance, providing essential boating safety information, including tips for life jacket fittings, facts about drownings, a QR code for swim lessons throughout the community, and the Spokane Valley Fire Department’s CPR class schedule.
The Spokane Boat Show runs through Sunday at the Spokane Fair and Expo Center. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children, and free for those 12 and younger.
