If you are a small business owner and unsure of how to prepare for tax season, check out one of the Washington State Department of Revenue’s free tax workshops.
Starting January 22, several tax workshops will be held across Washington, offered in both Spanish and English. There will also be virtual workshops available.
The workshops will cover tax classifications, deductions, sales tax and recordkeeping requirements.
Attendees will be able to ask questions specific to their business.
As of January 19, many of the virtual workshops through February are full, but registration is still open for all of the in-person workshops. Virtual workshops after February 27 are still accepting registrants.
You must register online to attend a workshop.
