SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Mayor Lisa Brown issued that flags at all city facilities will be raised on Monday for President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.
This is in line with Gov. Ferguson’s notice that all state and national flags will be raised for the inauguration.
Flags will be flown at half-staff beginning again on Tuesday, Jan. 21 in memory of former President Jimmy Carter. Flags will remain at half-staff to honor the former president until Wednesday, Jan. 29.
