SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — The suspect that fled the scene after rear-ending another vehicle Wednesday morning has turned himself into Washington State Patrol (WSP).
According to WSP, 64-year-old Scott Beeching of Spokane Valley, was booked into the Spokane County Jail on a felony hit and run charge.

Washington State Patrol is investigating a hit and run crash in Spokane Valley.
According to Washington State Patrol, two vehicles were eastbound on the Argonne on-ramp when one vehicle rear-ended the other and forced it off the road onto the embankment. That car then fled the scene.
Two people were injured in the rear-ended vehicle. One man was treated at the scene and a woman was hospitalized.
The suspect vehicle is believed to be a lifted Ford pickup truck with champagne or tan coloring, according to WSP. WSP posted photos of a possible vehicle of interest.
