PULLMAN, Wash – Wave your flags early, Coug fans – you don’t have to wait until Saturday to watch the 3-0 Cougars take the field.
Washington State hosts San Jose State in a Friday night matchup in Pullman.
The Cougs are coming off a big win in the Apple Cup last week and are looking to extend the winning streak to four games.
They host San Jose State in a 7 p.m. game that airs on the C.W. and it’s Family Weekend in Pullman.
It’s the 14th time the Cougs have played the Spartans. The Cougs lead the series 8-4-1. The last time SJSU beat WSU was in 1986.
The teams last met in 2018; WSU won that game 31-0.
San Jose State also enters the game 3-0 with wins over Sacramento State, Air Force and Kennesaw State.
You can listen to the game on the Washington State Sports Network. 4 News Now anchor Derek Deis starts things off with the pre-game show at 5 pm.
