SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane’s music scene is taking a big step forward bringing back Volume Inlander Music Festival in September.
Volume is two days of local and PNW artists and bands playing at venues all over Spokane.
This is the 10th edition of the festival which is back for the first-time post-pandemic.
