SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — All evacuations for the wildfire burning in the Spokane Valley have been lowered to Level 1, according to Spokane Valley Fire Department.
SVFD said the fire is 100% wet lined and 0% contained.
Aircraft will continue dropping water on the Cimmaron fire until 7:30pm.
Ground units will remain on scene throughout the night mopping up and looking for hot spots.
Ten structures are threatened by the fire, but none have been destroyed.
Crews will be on scene through the evening. SVFD will re-evaluate evacuation levels at 10 p.m.
Please avoid the area.

Evacuations have been ordered for a wildfire burning in the Dishman Hills area in the Spokane Valley.
According to the Spokane Valley Fire Department (SVFD), the Cimmaron fire is now at 25 acres and burning in heavy timber with steep slopes. And moving at moderate speed with light winds.
Spokane Valley fire Chief Lonnie Rash said the fire is 100% wet lined and 0% contained. Ten structures are threatened by the fire, but none have been destroyed. SVFD will re-evaluate evacuation levels at 10 p.m.
Evacuation Levels 1 and 2 are still in place. There are currently no Level 3 evacuations.
There are 75 firefighters and 25 units currently on scene. And multiple aircraft dropping both water and fire retardant.
