COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — Firefighters responded to a wildfire near the Cave Bay area on the westside of Lake Coeur d’Alene on Wednesday afternoon.
Around 7:20 p.m. on August 28, all evacuations were lifted for the Mowry wildfire burning near Worley, south of Cave Bay.
Earlier on Wednesday, around 4 p.m., level 1 evacuations had been issued for nearby residents.
Multiple KCSO deputies assisted Tribal Police. According to the Idaho Department of Lands, the fire was estimated at about 103 acres.
