SPOKANE, Wash. — A power outage has caused stoplights across Spokane to go dark on Wednesday night.
According to Avista, around 9:30 p.m. on August 21, a large power outage affected thousands of customers and caused stoplights to go out in the areas of South Hill and downtown Spokane.
As of 10:30 p.m., over 3,000 customers are still without power.
There are also stoplights down along Atlamont, Thor and Freya.
Avista is currently investigating the cause.
