KELLER, Wash. — The United State Postal Service has reopened two post offices closed from wildfires burning in east Washington and north Idaho.
The Keller Post Office was closed on July 29 from the Swawilla Fire. The location is back open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The Swawilla Fire has burned over 53,000 acres and is 90% contained, according to fire officials Tuesday morning.

The Gwen Fire in north Idaho in Latah County closed the post office in Juliaetta. That post office is now back open Monday-Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
The Gwen Fire has burned almost 29,000 acres and is 90% contained.
