SPOKANE, Wash. — A gang member was sentenced to life without parole on July 25, of murdering a 15-year-old boy near a Spokane Valley apartment complex in 2021.
On November 27, 2023, Stephen H. Yohler, 21, was found guilty on all counts for the gang-related murder of Preston Grzogorek in Spokane County Superior Court.
Yohler was convicted on two counts of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, and tampering with a witness.
