PULLMAN, Wash. — If you live in Pullman, you’ll soon have a few new options for how to pay your utility bills.
This Fall, The City of Pullman will launch a new Utility Access online portal.
Through the portal, Pullman residents can pay their utility bills online, access copies of bills, view billing and water consumption history, set up text and email notifications and request changes to service.
There will also be the option to bundle multiple accounts into a single bill.
