SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A 52-year-old suspect has been arrested for behaving inappropriately with a minor in Spokane Valley.
According to Spokane Valley Police, Jesse N. Fett was charged with communicating with a minor for immoral purposes.
Deputies said Fett was behaving inappropriately with a 13-year-old victim on East Broadway Avenue around 5:45 p.m.
During the investigation, deputies found evidence of inappropriate behavior, including statements and multiple sexually explicit messages.
Fett remains in custody at the Spokane County Jail with a $75,000 bond.
Deputies said additional charges are still possible and the investigation is ongoing.
