Spencer's Five Favorite Things

1.  Burger Master:  Burgermaster has been serving the Seattle area since their first restaurant opened in the University district in 1952.  It's also home to Spencer's favorite cheesburger of  all-time.  He loves to order the Cheesburger Combo Meal.

2.  Davenport Hotel:  The historic Davenport Hotel stands today as a perfect blend of old and new, respecting the best of what was and embracing the best of what is.  The old lobby fireplace burns again year-round as a symbol of hospitality.  A new digital network invisibly ties every room of the hotel to the Internet.  Spokane's finest restaurant, spa, candy shop, and book store all reside under the same roof as Spokane's finest hotel.

The Davenport Hotel is again "one of America's exceptional hotels."

3.  EWU  Sports: Spencer started announcing various sporting events at Eastern Washington University as a student in 1986.  He is still the P.A. announcer for all Eastern home Football and Basketball games.
Go Eags!

4.  Poker TableSpencer loves his Poker Table and enjoys hosting the occassional poker party.  The table has a full set of bumper pads covered with a high-grade, mildew-resistant black vinyl. The table top is produced from a casino style high grade felt and padded to give the dealer and players the highest comfort level.

5.  Casablanca:  Made in 1942, Cacablanca is an American romantic drama film starring Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman.  Although it was an A-list movie, with established stars and first-rate writers, no one involved with its production expected Casablanca to be anything out of the ordinary.  Casablanca won three Academy Awards, including Best Picture. Its characters, dialogue, and music have become iconic, and Casablanca has grown in popularity to the point that it now consistently ranks near the top of lists of the greatest films of all time.
